I showed my Spanish GF translation card and the waiters instantly understood, they explained they could do any of the meat/fish with rice and salad to ensure it was fully GF. I didn't enquire about separate fryers etc as I really wanted the menorcan lamb, which was delicious! They were very attentive, I would go again.
