Blue Corn Harvest Bar and Grill

This place has gluten free options clearly on the menu, but I wasn’t able to get much information about how food is prepared. I notified the server that I was ordering gluten free but did not ask me any additional questions, and my plate was not marked as gluten free or anything. I had the chicken enchiladas and didn’t have any symptoms, but I did not feel 100% safe eating here.
