We were there on a Sunday right when it opened and the kitchen was being staffed by two teenagers, so my level of confidence about safety protocols was pretty low. Wanted to order a burger, but wasn't sure I'd get it cooked on a clean part of the flat top. Ordered the shrimp salad, which wasn't filling enough. Might come back again when the normal kitchen staff are around to try again.
As other reviews have noted, no dedicated fryer, but they do advertise GF buns.

Have GF buns for burgers. Tomato/cucumber salad, slaw or a side salad for sides. Burgers are fantastic! No dedicated fryer
