They do have a gluten free menu. Some options may be tasty, but mine wasn’t at all. I ordered catfish and it came with steamed vegetables. Nothing was seasoned at all. Not even salt/pepper/butter. It was cooked to perfection, but flavorless. The staff was nice the locals really like this place. It’s right on the lake and has live music on the bottom floor. Lots of outdoor seating. A good place to hang out for drinks, but I can’t really speak to the entire gf menu. I do believe they were cautious though.

Warning! Gluten Free Menu is not GF. All fried items are cross contaminated. Despite ordering other GF items on the menu I still was sick the next day. Be very careful ordering here if you are celiac.

This place is amazing. If you need a place to eat this is it. The chief came out and gave me my food directly so I would be comfortable. They were extra careful with my food and it was 10/10. Staff was knowledgeable and nice ! Took me seriously

Dinner with a sunset view! Separate gluten free menu- we ordered chargrilled oysters and they brought the bread out on a separate plate for my boyfriend. I had bbq shrimp & grits, they had on the menu “cheese biscuit” but the waiter noted it to not be gluten free and said he was making mine “celiac/gluten free” and when a food runner brought it out, he made sure to tell me the biscuit was not on or apart of my meal. The waiter then said he was going to make sure they fixed that off the menu! Enjoyed drinks and dessert menu also marked (g) for gluten free. No reaction. Will return, best chargrilled oysters and shrimp I’ve tried in the city!

Separate fairly extensive gluten free menu. Our waiter was very contentious and informative. I'm not sure they have a separate fryer for GF, so it might not be the best place for very sensitice celiacs, but my wife didn't have any issues.

We ate here for dinner and ordered crab claws off of the gluten free menu. We specified that I am celiac and my husband is sensitive. We were eating them and they had buried bread under them. This was not discovered until we had ate most of the claws. I informed the server and was told that a manager would be by. We never saw the manager and they didn’t even remove the item from our bill. They were not that busy and there really was no excuse. We will not be back.

By far my favorite meal this trip to Nola!This place has an extensive separate gf menu. You have to try the bbq basin shrimp! They are unbelievable! They will leave the bread off or if you're sharing with someone who isn't gf, just ask for it on the side. This restaurant is right on a marina on lake Ponchartrain. We sat right by the oyster bar and had some raw oysters along with the shrimp and some great crab claws, all super delicious!
