There weren't many places open on Christmas, but this lovely restaurant was! Judging by the crowd inside and in line, we knew the food must be good. When we asked about GF options, the server said that almost everything is made GF because so many of their customers have gluten issues. He even told us "if you have an allergic reaction, please feel free to come back and use me." With that kind of "guarantee," I felt comfortable trusting his judgment. He recommended an appetizer that was me to me: Miang Kham. The server even taught me how to eat it and practically spoon fed me! For the main course, I had Pad See Ew with tofu. My wife (no gluten allergies) ordered the same dish, and both meals were prepared GF. We both enjoyed our meals, and I had no ill after-effects.
