So good. Pizza options fantastic. View is lovely. Outdoor music when we were there. I am a sensitive celiac and had no problems- and the place was packed.

It is a must go if you are celiac. Food is amazing.

Looks like it could be touristy but looks are deceiving.

Today, I had the best gluten free pizza ever at blue eyes in Hoboken, NJ. The chef makes his own blend of flours from Italy, all gluten free. It is made on a brick oven and they are very careful if you tell them you have celiac. I can’t wait to go back again!!

Best pizza I’ve found in hoboken. You wouldn’t even know it’s gluten free. Pasta was decent too

Offer GF pasta and pizza. GF pizza crust is fantastic. Rivals Keste in the city. Very accommodating to my other food restrictions. Get the grilled octopus plain. No issues. Now offer beer and wine.

Wow!! Amazing brick oven gluten free pizza. When they brought it out, I didn’t believe it and asked if it was gluten free. It was so delicious and just like real brick oven pizza. My only complaint is that it isn’t bigger because I wanted more

Ordered a few pasta dishes for take-out. Had a bad experience with a new restaurant in Hoboken so tested food with a Nima sensor before digging in. Unfortunately both tested positive so was unable to eat the meal.

The best gluten free pizza crust I have ever had... in my entire life. bubbles... yes, there are bubbles in their dough. they claim made fresh by hand every day. gluten free pasta also available.
