Review of Blue Gillys Pancake Pier

I ate here last year (pre-diagnosis) and thought the food was great. I ate here this year (2 months post-diagnosis) and...the food is still great. They have a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and have a lot of reassuring practices in place when you're ordering gluten-free. They change pen color on the order pad and your food comes out with a frilly toothpick if it's from the gluten-free kitchen. Take a loot at the menu...so many different pancakes and other breakfast options...and biscuits with sausage gravy! I wish I lived closer, but I will be making excuses to pull off I-90 to eat here.
