Review of Blue Koi Noodles & Dumplings

update: I visited again and ordered the same thing as before. I now own a Nima Sensor but didn’t have it with me so I trusted them and ate my meal. I didn’t feel well the next couple days so I tested my leftovers with my Nima and it found gluten.

First visit: The staff were very cautious to make sure they prepared my meal safely. They told me they would use fresh oil to make my tofu appetizer separately and I made sure to ask about boiling my noodles in fresh water that gluten noodles had not been in, it did take longer for our meal to come but it’s because they wanted to make sure it was safe. I’ll be back, so yummy.
