They had several choices of gluten-free (but not many lactose-free) meals. The staff were knowledgeable and had a summary sheet of all the ingredients. I chose the avocado toast which was gluten free and seemed lactose free.

Had a few options at the cafe for GF, but the carrot cake muffins were a pleasant surprise and were amazing!

I ate at the Lava restaurant and 3/3 items came back safe via Nima testing! The gluten free bread with butter, langostine soup, and fish of the day (Haddock) were all safe and very delicious! Make sure you have a reservation :)

Staff was knowledgeable. They provided gluten-free bread. I had a Chicken Cesar salad without the croutons.
