NOPE NOPE NOPE. The Fremont location either just closed or is about to, so this review is kind of obsolete, but last time I was there, a few months ago, the server gave me a hard time for requesting that they not grill my bun (in the same area as wheat buns), and this past weekend, they gave me a regular wheat bun even though the order said “CELIAC” on it. Hopefully the Capitol Hill location will continue to be celiac safe! 🤞🏼

Years and years ago I had to explain to their server that gluten free buns can’t be toasted in the same toaster as regular buns. I’ve tried a couple times since but due to the fast food nature of the chain with younger workers I just don’t feel safe eating here.

The staff was okay, but I had ordered some fries (which tasted gf) and some chicken tenders (which did not taste gf) at the moment I think I have been cross contaminated because of the terrible stomach pain. I have even asked to make sure it was gluten free multiple times.

They definitely understand celiac and can accommodate it. Make sure you let them know so they can mark the receipt, change gloves, etc. I love that we can get chicken tenders and onion rings here without worry!
Yes
I ordered a Chicken burger on Gluten Free bun along with a chicken burger on regular bun for my friend. I took the order along with fries, onion rings, and drinks to my friends place. I looked at both sandwiches and picked the one that I thought had a different bun. Neither were made on a GF bun and the chicken patty was tiny, flat and so dry. I didn’t realize it wasn’t GF until 2 bites in. I asked my friend if we could compare the buns again and after really looking, they were the same bun (and his patty was better looking). At least I had fries and onion rings to eat, but they were a bit soggy. What is really disappointing is that I sent them an email last week and have not heard anything in return. A week later I am finally start to feel a little better. I won’t be returning. I also eliminated the Alki location off my list when they ran out of GF bread and offered sourdough as an alternative.

Tons of GF side options, GF buns and great burgers! Loved!
I’ve had good experiences here but the past couple have been bad. The second to last time we went I asked for a gluten free bun and told the cashier I had Celiac and to include it on the kitchen ticket (in the past the cashier has asked) and she said she didn’t know what that meant and asked what I’m allergic to🙄. This time I got my usual gluten free bun and waffle fries that claim to be gf and fried in dedicated frier and I am sicker than I have been in a while.
I’ve never experienced symptoms from cc, and I am up in the middle of the night extremely sick. If you are highly sensitive and reactive to cc, do not eat here.

This place was so good that we went back the next day! I got gf chicken tenders and onion rings. My husband got the fries and I tried them and they were great too, but man the onion rings are so good. Fried chicken was amazing as well. All dedicated fryer so no worries. Also affordable!
Yes
So excited this is by my office! They have super yummy GF chicken strips that they cook that and their French fries in a dedicated fryer. So good!
Yes
Kids were thrilled to have fried chicken tenders from a dedicated fryer. Lots of French fry choices as well. We are here twice in a long weekend trip.
I got the gluten free chicken tenders! So good! No reaction.

I’ve been numerous times and get sick often. The staff are not always adequately trained on how to manage the gluten buns, resulting in cross contamination.
No
This place is wonderful. Chicken fingers, onion rings (things I haven’t had in years), buns and fries. Dedicated fryer too. Highly recommend!
Yes
Fabulous paleo burger and onion rings. Apparently the gluten-free bun was good too but I myself didn’t have one. Dedicated fryer. They seem to care about food here. I’ll be back!
Yes
Came here twice and both times my order has been wrong. The most recent time the bun they gave me was NOT gluten free. I'm not willing to take the chance that everything else will be ok even if the bun is gluten free, given the track record so far.
No
The cook and the person at the counter seemed well aware for what was gluten free. I had no reactions. Burger was decent. Fries and onions rings are listed as gluten free and they told me they use a dedicated fryer. Again I had no problems. A little too expensive however

I love close by and was very excited to have a celiac safe restaurant. Unfortunately I get sick every time I eat there. I tested the food with a sensor once and it showed there was gluten in the food. The owner sent a gift card in the mail, but when I went back the food still had gluten in it when tested with a sensor. Unfortunate because the food was great!

Wow, finally burgers and fries done just right, delicious and gluten free! Love this place!
Yes
Almost all of their fried items are gluten-free! We had gluten-free chicken tenders, onion rings (haven't had those in YEARS!), and garlic parmesan fries. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place!
Waited 30 minutes for our food but it was fresh and hot! I finally found a place that has gluten free Onion rings cooked in a wheat free fryer Yummy!

Both my daughter and I have celiac disease and did not get sick! Awesome GF burgers!

Always great, never get sick and I am super sensitive.

Everything on the menu is wellzmarked, and there is an ingredient card for the Nu Flours gf buns, which are really good. Also, excellent fries.

Menu lists information regarding gluten free- plenty of options, onion rings were delicious!

All the sides are GF, including the onion rings! One of the best GF buns I've ever had!
Great burgers, great fries. I could do without the GF bun. With so many years of having a bunless burger, I don't see the point anymore. This one got soggy pretty quickly.
Best burgers and gf bun in town. Plus dedicated fryers for awesome tatter tots! A celiac' delight
They recently partnered with Nuflours and the GF buns are so yummy and soft!
Mall of their fried foods are gf. This is the place to go if you want gf onion rings. They also have a gf veggie patty, which is rare. Their gf buns are the worst I've ever eaten. They are soggy and fall apart, and they don't taste great either. But it's nice to not have to worry about cross contamination.

I came with all 4 of my family members, we had the Bleu Shroom burger, the Blue Hawaiian burger, grilled cheese, while I built my own burger- GF bun with a beef patty, American cheese, cherry smoked bacon, and lettuce. :) They were FULL of flavor & the buns were AMAZINGLY chewy! Our sides included cheese fries & garlic/parm cheese fries. They were fantastic as well! The owner (I believe she was) is Celiac, and so am I. She was very knowledgeable. We will be back hands down. Quick service too. YUM!!! :)
Yes
Delicious hamburgers, French fries and onion rings (that's right ONION RINGS) that are gluten free! Not a huge fan of the gf bun but it was worth it because the hamburger was very good. Also have tater tots, chicken fingers and grilled cheese. I would recommend to anyone gf who want some fried food!
By far the best gluten-free cheeseburger and French fries that I've ever had. The service was very accommodating and knowledgable regarding allergies.

Awesome!! Very careful with cross contamination and great GF buns
Best GF buns I've ever had! The food is fantastic!
We were visiting from out of town and had a craving for burgers. My family had a wonderful experience here! Tasty food, and the staff told us that they have a separate fryer for tots and fries when they are ordered gluten free.
Burgers are good, buns could be improved. Beware that the buns have dairy in them if you can't have dairy. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable.
Awesome place with great gluten free buns. Also they cook their fries seperate then their onion rings so fries are gluten free as well.
Great place for casual dining!
This place rocks and made me feel like a normal person enjoying the beach with friends this summer. They have a whole page on their website detailing their GF menu and what is safe to eat! The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac and they have a separate fryer for GF items. The chicken fingers and tots are delicious, and all dipping sauces are GF!

Their website has a good write up about GF, and was not disappointed. Seriously accommodate GF like it's nothing. All burgers can be made GF and the staff knew what was and what was not GF.
I had the Diablo, wife had the hangover, we shared fries (cooked in a stand alone GF fryer), sweet potato fries and GF chicken tenders.
Was really happy with this place.
