I love Ethiopian food and was delighted to find this gem that has the option to have injera made from 100% teff. There is an upcharge for this but I don’t mind one bit. My husband and I shared the veggie sampler and it was delicious.

I would recommend reviewing the menu before you go (it’s posted online) and calling with any questions you’ve got.
