Blue Orchid Pan Asian Cuisine and BAR

I made it clear to the waitress that I had a gluten allergy (easier than saying celiac) and asked if they had gluten free food. She gave me the options and I chose the pineapple fried rice. Immediately (literally while still in the restaurant) I had a reaction and had to go to the restroom to deal with it. Then, when my dad asked if the waitress was sure my food was gluten free, she asked “what happens if it wasn’t ?”. Now I’m dealing with the reaction and wish I never went :(
