As much as I LOVE Blue Pan pre-Celiac diagnosis, I would be very cautious to eat here with Celiac. Our server straight up told us that while the pizza is cooked in a separate pan, it is all made in the same area at this location and is very high risk for cross-contamination. We did not end up eating here after they disclosed that.
Amazing deep dish Detroit Pizza with gluten free crust and dairy free cheese. Extremely good experience!
I never go anywhere else for gf pizza! I always ask … are you sure this is gf!?!? Because it tastes and chews like it’s the real deal!
This new location in Golden is the first with a huge patio, covered and uncovered. You can choose between Detroit style & Traditional style.
Pizza is prepped in a separate area, special pans, special ovens.
May not work for sensitive celiacs.

The new gluten friendly/ free crust is amazing!! It's actually thick like Detroit style crust should be and ordering it a little well done gets a nice crunch on the bottom and perfect crisp to the cheese on top, with a delicious amount of crust in between!
