I wanted to like this place and happily ate my meal after speaking with a knowledgeable server. But while waiting for the bathroom, I definitely watched a guy in the open kitchen dump slaw from a plate of filled flour tortillas back into the prep line. Twice.

Had a good experience at Blue Taco. They don't have a GF menu but the server's are knowledgeable. They said they have segregated preparation and suggested avoiding the fried food. Most of their tacos are GF. The server said their salsas are GF and I had the habanero salsa, which has a nice kick. Service was good on a busy Friday night.

They were knowledgeable in all things gf. Advised against anything fried due to shared fryers. Eg corn chips. They substituted corn tortillas for flour in the tacos. Will do the same for fajitas and other similar items. We’d eaten here pre diagnosis. Still delicious.

Fab experience!
I was craving tacos and when researching this place came up! They can swap all tacos to corn and you know if they are GF as they haven’t been fried! You just need to make sure you inform your server!
Would 100% return. 😄

The best salsas and guac! Chips are made in shared fryer so not good for CC, same with tostadass and taquitos. Tacos are GF and very filling. They will bring you cucumbers and jicama slices with the salsa flight and guac, which I recommend. Lots of good marg flavors. Beautiful outside dining, great service!

My celiac child had that shrimp tacos and said they were delicious. Everyone loved the food. They were knowledgeable about safety and cross contamination. Most everything can be gluten free.

Great experience! I have celiacs and they were happy to accommodate. As well as my sister who has a dairy allergy. When I said gluten allergy they asked if it was celiacs and would talk to the chef about all of our choices. Tortilla chips/tostadas are shared fryer so no go on those but they were happy to make me some homemade corn tortillas so I could enjoy the guac. I had prime barbecoa bowl with ceviche and corn tortillas on the side. Food was amazing! Had a watermelon and hibiscus margaritas. So delicious! Highly recommend it close to the beach.

I am gluten intolerant not celiac so I do OK with cross contamination usually. The corn tortillas are gluten free. The chips are gluten free but in a shared fryer. The rice does contain gluten, so they took that off. I ordered the chicken tacos.
This place is also great for outdoor dining as most of their seating is primarily outdoors. And you will have a great view of the beach.

Wide selection of tacos, but no gluten free chips
