Blue Point Oysters and Sushi Bar

I was there last night for a private event, I called the day before, and they were extremely accommodating! They made entirely different dishes for me than were on the set menu. I don’t know their exact cross contamination prevention practices, but they really seemed to know what they were doing.

I don’t know if the corn chowder I had is a normal item on the menu, but I would have licked the bowl if it wouldn’t have been out of place at a fancyish event!!
