The last 2 times I have ordered here, I was given cornbread in one form or another. The first time, it was clear it had been placed on my plate and then removed. I found tiny crumbs everywhere. The second time, they just put a piece on and left it. The fact this happened twice in a row months apart tells me it’s not a good idea to order here again.

Gluten-free BBQ heaven — all their sauces are gf! Obvious items like mac and cheese, buns, cornbread, etc. are usually the only items off limits. The staff are well informed to answer any questions. Also everything tastes great! Large portions and high quality. Not a fancy place but good solid home cooking. Cannot speak to celiac safety but given the volume of gf items and the friendliness of staff, guessing they’d be able to help or at least steer you right.

We've liked the food from Blue Ribbon from way before people in my family were diagnosed with celiac. They actually provide information about what's in each item and are very knowledgeable about allergens including gluten.

Got glutened from their food. Another person got sick from the food but does not have a gluten allergy. They took zero responsibility for the incident. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

I’ve eaten here with no problems. Awesome food, and they seem to know a lot about gluten free. Almost everything is GF anyway, so definitely a great place!

The staff was very knowledgeable and all the sauces at GF! They made sure to pack my meal separately and I watched as they changed gloves, washed the area and packed my food! Also, awesome bang for your buck and the Food is GREAT!

Not only are there plenty of great GF options, but it’s one of the best BBQ places in the area. You know it’s good when REAL southerners give it the stamp of approval. I go in all the time to take home a rack of ribs, and fix my own GF sides at home. I have never been sick here.
last time i ate there there was a piece of macaroni in my pulled pork and a roll on the bottom (which i discovered after eating all of it) but that was like 5 years ago so maybe things have changed

Staff was well informed about what was GF and what wasn’t. They made sure mot to Include cornbread in my meal. Very safe.

Really good food! But not all celiac free. All the celiac free stuff there is really good though and I don't care that I can't have some stuff. Two thumbs up!!!👍🏻👍🏻

The best BBQ in Boston (I'm from NC). Their website has an allergen list and the staff is fairly knowledgable. Most meats are fine (tell them no sauce though!) and many of the sides are GF too. So good!
