Review of Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill (inside 6 Columbus Hotel)

Although the server didn’t immediately understand what celiac was, he did know all about gluten. They made my spicy sushi rolls gluten free and had tamari readily available. The server listened & explained what they could do clearly. When other dishes were brought to the table he also specified which ones had gluten. Pretty happy with the experience.
