So so good!! The scallop special was 100% gluten free and the menu is notated as “can be modified gf” or GF. I had the Salmon modified gluten free and it was DELICIOUS! The risotto on it was to die for. Instead of crusted salmon, it came out as plain grilled. I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything. Staff was very knowledable.

We came here after seeing good reviews on here. The waiter was rude to me about my allergy, yet assured me the salad and potatoes would be cooked completely safely. They came back gluten positive in my gluten sensor.

While there isn’t an extensive GF menu, the staff is very knowledgeable and guided me to a special appetizer of garlic shrimp with penne pasta. It was served with GF bread and was excellent. I really enjoyed it but had some “order envy” when I saw my wife’s chicken salad sandwich that could have been served on GF bread. Breckenridge doesn’t have a strong GF scene but Blue Ridge Bistro is a must try.

We have dined at Blue River Bistro for years and they never disappoint! It’s our favorite restaurant year after year. The menu has a great selection and the chef must be a perfectionist because the food is ALWAYS OUTSTANDING!! I have Celiacs disease and although Blue River Bistro doesn’t have a dedicated menu, all the staff from the hostess to the waitstaff, are always knowledgeable and very accommodating.

We visited this restaurant as I read the 100% positive reviews on this website. When I ordered, I clearly told the waitress that I couldn't have gluten and/or dairy. We went through the menu and she suggested what I could eat. My salad ended up containing Farro, which the chef put in despite the ticket saying that I couldn't have gluten. I had already had a few mouthfuls before I panicked and checked with our waitress - the waitress did not know that farro contained gluten. They were very apologetic but an apology doesn't excuse the fact they fed me something that makes me ill. My husband's meal was great but if you are celiac or have allergies/intolerances you will need to triple check your food before eating it.

We had a great meal at this restaurant and nobody got sick. One of us ordered the trout and when the food came out hers was delayed. Our server informed us that when her meal was prepped they were not comfortable that they had done everything possible to prevent cross-contamination so they made the decision to make it again. To us that was awesome customer service and we really appreciated them putting our safety first! We will absolutely dine here again.

Menu items clearly marked. Service was knowledgeable. I second the braised pork. Ordered it with mashed potatoes. Amazing!
Great service! A family member's meal (the Keema bowl) was way too spicy and she was unable to eat it. The waitress came to check on us and after telling her that the meal was too spicy she immediately said she would take it back and have the chef make something else for no extra charge. The waitress and the manager apologized multiple times and brought out a new meal quickly. There were lots of gf options and my food was yummy and the portions were huge (definitely two meals worth of food). I am very sensitive and did not get sick and they seemed to have a good understanding of celiac disease. Not 5 stars because other family members said their meals were only good not amazing and it was on the pricier side.
Had dinner here and didn't have any issues with the food. The GF menu was nice and they were both knowledgeable and very accommodating. This was my favorite dinner restaurant of all of the places we ate.

Brilliant. Went for a drink plus live music and ended up staying for dinner. Great staff, very coeliac aware and great and delicious menu options. My wife is very sensitive (coeliac) and had no adverse reactions following. Definitely our best dining experience whilst on holiday in the USA for the last 4 weeks!
