They have great baked potatoes which are safe for celiacs. I didn’t order any meat of course and avoided their sauces.

I called before I ordered to make sure all of their bbq sauces were gf and they assured me all of them are. I ordered a pulled pork platter with two sides of a loaded baked potato and coleslaw. I ate off someone else's plate who got beef brisket and had a side of fries. I asked the cashier if they had a designated french fry fryer and he said yes. I am highly effected with cross contamination and I was perfectly fine. That being said they do sell chicken tenders, breaded buns and mac& cheese, so there is a possibility of cross contamination.

We had some pulled pork and brisket catered by Blue Rock and it was delicious. Kansas City BBQ sauce is gluten free and very good

All meat is gluten free. They have a gluten free BBQ sauce. Several GF side options. I had no gluten reaction. Excited to go back soon!
