Review of Blue Sky

My husband and I both ordered a GF bun on our burger. I have celiac disease. Burger came, and bun looked suspiciously good. If you are GF, you know what I mean! I took a tiny nibble and my suspicions confirmed. NOT GLUTEN FREE. Staff was nice and remade my burger. Unfortunately they did not refund my husband’s .99 bun surcharge. (He did not want to wait/time constraint.) Sadly, even with the tiny nibble, I suffered a reaction. I would say it’s not Celiac friendly if you can’t get what you ordered, or safely eat what is brought out to you.
