Review of Blue Sushi Sake Grill

Blue has a dedicated gluten free menu and a knowledgeable staff. Right away when I requested the gluten-free menu, our waitress brought out gluten-free soy sauce and took away the regular ones. The sushi is great quality and more affordable than many sushi places. There are also hot plate options but I normally just order sushi. I feel safe eating here and I love the sushi and atmosphere.
