I’m recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and had such a great experience here. The waitress instantly knew that “celiac” means I can’t have gluten, and without having to ask, brought me gluten free soy sauce.
She pointed me to their gluten sensitivity menu, and when the food arrived, the manager brought my plate out separately from everyone else’s.
On top of that, the sushi was delicious, and relatively affordable (for sushi). Very impressed with how safe I felt eating here.
