They are not a dedicated gluten free facility, as they have wheat tortillas they serve with burritos and fajitas. I tested my food with the Nima device. The yuca fries were gluten free. The katarina salad was gluten-contaminated.

If you have celiac, be wary! The server did not understand about cross contamination.

The labels on this location are wrong — this is not a dedicated GF facility as they have some flour tortillas for a few items such as the burritos.

That said, a large portion of items are available GF and the owner was happy to ask the kitchen to wash/clean surfaces before preparing my food.

Tacos were phenomenal. The beef and avocado tacos were particularly amazing.
