Bluefin Sushi & Ramen

Server wasn’t super knowledgeable on gluten and said we couldn’t modify. only two things marked on the menu (gf ramen that has no noodles and is vegan, or ceviche). I didn’t feel safe eating here

The Owner/Manager and waitress were most attentive. Checked several ingredients to make certain gluten free. Put spicy sauces on the side in case too hot for us. Celiacs should fill this place.

I got the Bluefin Style Ceviche. It was delicious! This restaurant is conscious of gluten allergies. They offer gluten free soy sauce and gluten free ramen as well.
