The servers are very friendly and seem to have some clue about celiacs. Unfortunately it is time consuming because you have to go through the entire menu to custom order something gluten free. There is no specific roll or entree that is gluten free, instead you have to talk to the waiter to make it. This is why I’m not entirely sure it is safe. The food was good, but I would have ordered something different if there was an actual dedicated gluten-free menu.
