Love this lil place! Not dedicated space, but they wipe down and change gloves if marked as an allergy. It’s the perfect take out breakfast sandwich, I wish they had weekend hours, and earlier weekday hours.
Their sandwiches are really good, and their smoked salmon is to die for. Even at the height of their lunch rush they did a good job with avoiding cross contamination.
So many options, amazing food, and safely prepared. The sandwiches had amazing flavor and it’s nice to have a safe dessert option on the menu as well.

Such an amazing gem in the South End! The staff is always so friendly and do everything they can to avoid cross contamination. I have been here numerous times and absolutely no problems. And then bun that the bread comes on makes you feel like you are eating an actual panini! Can’t say enough about how great this place is.
Delicious sandwichs!!! I asked the staff to wipe down the press and use new utensils and they must have because I did not get sick! I would highly recommend
Fantastic place. They we're so friendly and accommodating to my little celiac son. They feature upscale sandwiches that were excellent. I tried his GF bread and it was the best I've had.
Some minor digestive issues for me (celiac) after eating here. Their gf roll is amazing, tastes like a buttery croissant. Their coffee is also very very tasty.
Really good sandwiches - almost all of which can be made GF. A little on the pricey side for a sandwich, but they are tasty.
as of last year, $.75 surcharge for GF buns. sandwich is kinda small for the price, but they're good!

Staff was very friendly, helpful & knowledgable. Frittata sandwich was phenomenal! Best gluten free hard roll to date! Not much space to dine in but great for parties of 2-3 people or take out. My new go to spot for breakfast when in Boston.
Breakfast/lunch spot in the South End of Boston. Amazing gluten free options - all sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread as well as breakfast sandwiches on gluten free bagels! They also make gluten free quiche and salads.
