Visited for late lunch, GF menu available but only listed dinner items. Server was very helpful. Enjoyed delicious drinks, shrimp wrapped in bacon appetizer, and hearty salads for the meal. Great service and food!

Sent multiple dishes back to the kitchen - still got sick. I went here because of the positive reviews on this app. The waitress was not knowledgeable to gluten free item or allergies. The kitchen first sent out fries with my lettuce wrapped burger after the waitress confirmed it’s a CC fryer. The second rushed dish had pasta salad on the dish. Both times I had asked for Cole slaw. I should’ve left at that point as my family had already finished their disappointing meals. I ate the meal that was prepared the third time and still got sick. I spoke with the manager and she told me they had cooks out sick and the waitress was new. Then she told me I should’ve ordered the GF bun that the waitress assured me they didn’t have. Extremely frustrating experience. I hope this review prevents the same for a fellow app user.

Our meal at Boar’s Head grill was outstanding. I ordered the chicken picatta and it was the best chicken I’ve ever eaten. Moist and very flavorful. The Caesar salad was delicious as well. For dessert, you must order the bread pudding. The service was excellent as well. The place is charming and right in front of the river. If the weather would have been warmer, I would have sat in one of the tiny tables in the porch of the restaurant. That has to have some great people watching and view. Overall, the experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this restaurant .

Had some great food! Sat at the bar and bartender was very knowledgeable about GF menu choices. Had a wedge salad, pork chops & mashed sweet potatoes and crème brûlée. Also tried hubby’s shrimp and grits and it was amazing! Highly recommend!

This was probably my most “normal” restaurant experience since being diagnosed with a Gluten allergy 6 months ago. Had the Blood Savannah Cherry Limeade beverage, the Porkchop entree, and even got to feel normal with a dessert that wasn’t a fruit tray (crème brûlée)! Our waiter was also super knowledgeable about what I would be able to have on their menu even though they no longer have a designated gluten free menu. All in all this was a very nice experience.

Delicious food, many GF options, and separate gf menu. We started with a bacon wrapped bbq shrimp appetizer that was so delicious! I had the pork chop with peach chutney and sweet potato mash which was also very good! For dessert they have a gf flourless torte with raspberry sauce - yummy! I’m not celiac but am very sensitive to gluten and had no reaction.

Wow. My celiac son and I split the bbq shrimp and filet. It was amazing. The steak was perfectly cooked and delicious. Was able to get the flourless chocolate for dessert. The chef was great. The waitress also very knowledgeable.
