Boaz is a Lebanese version of Chipotle! Their menu was clearly marked. Their were tons of options so you can go again and again but never have the same dish twice. Very few things were marked as containg gluten. The staff was knowledgeable and guided us through the line well. My kid was able to have a falafel bowl. I had a chicken bowl with humus and salata. It was fresh and delicious. We had zero issues eating there. I will be returning!
