Review of Bob & Berts

What an amazing experience here. My NIMA sensor tested positive for gluten 2 out of 3 times, but the incredible manager was determined to figure it out and assured me it was not the Chicken Goujons. She was so sure, I tested just those with my sensor and they came back clear. It appears it was both types of fries (garlic and normal) and possibly the garlic mayo as those were the only constant. She assured me they were in a different container, spot, etc. They cleaned the fryer and changed the oil and those came back clear. She even refunded me and also gave me a drink while I waited after profusely apologizing. To say the service was wonderful would be an understatement!
