I walked in and told them I had Celiac. They showed me the items on their menu that were gluten free, checked all the labels with me, and told me all the precautions they put in place to prevent cross contamination. They use color-coding, have separate areas and utensils for their allergen foods, and have big checks to make sure everything comes out gluten free (or whatever your need is). I am SO SO impressed, and my meal was so good I had to get a second. So refreshing to have a restaurant that is good at being gluten free!! And all the food checked out on my NIMA tester :)
