As a celiac, I explained what I required. Prior to going I had downloaded the nutrition information. It was very clear regarding every item. The cook used a separate grill and utensils. They took every precaution. I had a 3 egg omlet with crispy hasbrowns. They were excellent!
GF options are listed online. There are almost no GF hot breakfast options in town, so I’ll go here for eggs, bacon, home fries, and fruit, but I’ve definitely gotten glutened by cross-contamination more than once. They don’t seem able to clean surfaces or utensils so I usually stick to hot chocolate or coffee. No GF bread options.
Nice to be able to eat breakfast out with others and still felt fine days later.
They do have a separate gf menu (but you will need a regular menu for the descriptions). At my request, my plate came out first, separately, and biscuits (that come with the order) came out later, packed to-go for someone else to take.
Eggs are premade, not fresh cracked so they have strange appearance and texture. Omelette was dry. Just not great food overall.
