Great gelato in little Italy! The cashier was so kind and explained to me that they do make one flavor (that they weren’t selling today) that is not gluten free and they do process everything in the same facility but sanitize between flavors. They said if you are extremely sensitive, there is a tiny chance there could be cross contact. I felt safe with that explanation and appreciated their transparency, which is rare! All the other flavors are made without gluten. Super good!
