I’d say about 95% of the menu can be accommodated as GF. Julie and her staff are knowledgeable about Celiac and cross contamination. All meals are made to order and nothing is batched. Best veal and eggplant GF Parma’s I’ve had yet (I’m sure the chicken is good as well, I just haven’t tried it). Pasta is good too, not mushy at all.
