I was thoroughly impressed by the meal and service that I had at Bar Americain last night. Although there wasn't a separate gluten free menu, the waitress was incredibly knowledgeable about what could and could not be made gluten free. Most dishes can be tweaked so that they are gluten free. I had the chopped asparagus salad, which was delicious and filling. For desert I had the creme brûlée, which was incredibly decadent and perfectly prepared. I would highly recommend this place to anyone dining at Mohegan Sun!
