We went at an odd time so they weren’t very busy. It was our first time to go and the manager or owner could tell I was nervous about trying a new GF place. He came around the counter and went over the menu and ingredients for me. WOW...way above and beyond! The GF pizza is way good with a great texture - not floppy and not cardboard - which can be hard to find. They really did make it and bake it in a separate GF mini kitchen. Yep, we will definitely going back. Way to go Bobby O!!! (Oh...Yes, my hubby was impressed with the giant and delicious gluten version!)
