This place has gluten free bagels and bagel sandwiches that can be made with the gluten free bagels. They indicated to me that the gluten free bagels were boiled separately and baked in a common oven. They also don't have a separate toaster for the gluten free bagels, so there is cross contamination risk. I am celiac but lower sensitivity level than some and didn't have a reaction after eating a toasted bagel sandwich. The gluten free bagels themselves were individually wrapped in the basket, so it appears they would be safer un-toasted for those with high sensitivity. They also had gluten free muffins in the case. They told me those came from another baker and they didn't have any info on the preparation for them. I did try one of the muffins and it was just ok, and I didn't have any reaction to them either. One thing to note, the website indicated many more flavors of gluten free bagels than what was actually available. Not sure if they were out of the others or if they only make a couple flavors on any particular day If you are interested in a particular flavor of gluten free, I suggest calling ahead to make sure you don't waste a trip.
