I ordered an arepa that definitely had cross-contact. I wouldn't recommend ordering online, since they don't seem to read order notes, although it might be better in person (based on other reviews). I was disappointed since I ate there before I was gluten sensitive, and the food was very tasty! Now I'll stick to Arepera, which is dedicated gluten free.
Always tasty food, menu clearly marked and are careful with your food when you mention it . I drive from the southshore just to grab some food.

The lady told me that everything was made on the same grill so there was cross contamination. I didn't end up eating there.
Une chance qu’ils sont là! On a été au Krapow et Arepera et les deux disent être ouverts alors qu’ils sont fermés. Petit menu mais délicieux, chaud, bon service.
It took me a lot of time to find good gluten free food around Montreal, but this place was a great find! The arepas and empanadas are all gluten free and so delicious! They are fried and were somewhat greasy, but it was a nice splurge. The corn batter used is good quality and held up well as a sandwich. We ordered online and they gave us the option to mark allergies for gluten.
