Completely unable to recommend nor concoct a gluten free breakfast option.

I gave up and just ordered coffee only to see while waiting that their menu on the wall mentions GF bagels!

Thankfully the nanaimo bars are all GF and delicious.

I would recommend getting there early if you have gluten and dairy allergies so you can try their vegan and gluten free Nanaimo bar! They had many flavors of gluten-free Nanaimo bars but only one vegan and gluten-free type. It was sold out when I arrived around 230.

I have been looking for gluten free food and I found this gem. They have bagels and breakfast sandwiches, muffins, cookies, cheesecakes, Nanaimo bars etc ALL GLUTEN FREE! Can’t wait to go back and try more!

The staff are very knowledgeable and careful. They do warn you that they don’t have a dedicated area for baking the GF muffins and bread etc., so cross-contamination is a risk, especially if you are celiac and highly sensitive. I have tried eating there but I always have a mild reaction. So I have written them off my list as a safe place to eat. Please note that their food does taste amazing so if you are not a severe celiac you may not have a problem.

Lots of gluten free choices. Bagels muffins, soup and salads. GF Nanaimo bars and cookies. Outdoor courtyard tables with nice jazz music playing. Very friendly staff.
