The staff are very knowledgeable and careful. They do warn you that they don’t have a dedicated area for baking the GF muffins and bread etc., so cross-contamination is a risk, especially if you are celiac and highly sensitive. I have tried eating there but I always have a mild reaction. So I have written them off my list as a safe place to eat. Please note that their food does taste amazing so if you are not a severe celiac you may not have a problem.
