I expected to have a dry salad. Nope, they can do all the pasta dishes (penne only). They boil it separate and have separate ingredients. The manager was very knowledgeable about Celiac. I ate here with no issues whatsoever, and can’t wait to go back and eat my way through the menu. The GF pasta isn’t on the menu — you have to talk to them about it. I had the shrimp scampi, it was very good.
