Review of Bodacious Bar-B-Q

They have no idea what does and does not contain gluten. They showed me the bag they used for seasoning however the bag was not specifically labeled GF so I didn’t want to risk being sick on vacation.

I just had a plain baked potato and did not get sick but it would have been nice to have the brisket. There just aren’t many GF options in this town and I knew I could eat a baked potato with no issues.
