Can’t say everybody’s experience will be the same, but ours was terrible. After stating our dietary requirements and the booking was confirmed, we travelled a lengthy distance through the city where we arrived at the venue to find that they were physically unprepared for our booking. We were placed in the cold in an alley next the venue, menus were pretty much thrown on the table and we were told that there was only one option as the service attendant hastily disappeared before we could ask any questions, a five course brunch was the only option. We sat in the cold for 15 minutes without service where we then had to find a service attendant, I stated that we had one guest who had gluten and fructose intolerances. Even though we had added our guest’s dietary requirements to the booking, his response was “sorry we can’t help you” none of the five courses were able to cater for fructose intolerance, nor were they able to accomodate. It was quite embarrassing with all six of us having to leave our table. I think if we didn’t have to wait in the cold without service for 15 minutes it would have lessened the anguish of the blunt response. Overall very poor service on the day, as a result of our experience I personally would not recommend this place.
