The waiter was very friendly and said that they have gluten-free bread all the time. It is not specifically noticed on the menu. They are very open for people with allergies.

Excellent meal with top-notch service in a picturesque, modern Bolzano restaurant that's a visual delight. Perfect blend of the historic and current.

We loved everything, the creative drink menu... The gluten free offerings... The peaceful setting... The local wines. Favorites were the eggplant parmesan and GF penne with pesto.

All allergens are clearly marked on the menu and staff was extremely gracious about customizing dishes. You will have an amazing experience, a true must-visit!
