Was my first stop as soon as I landed in Budapest and it did not disappoint! I already can’t wait to go back and try even more dishes. The variety of options was amazing and the staff also so friendly and helpful.

It was absolutely amazing !! EVERYTHING is glutenfree and the staff well known about celiac disease. We came back a second time to eat at this place. I would recommend this place to everyone not only for people with celiac disease.

Hands down the best GF restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Friends that aren’t GF couldn’t tell that it was. I had the goulash soup and spinach/garlic gnocchi as they were egg free as well (allergy). Came back for the gnocchi and had broccoli cheese soup. So good I forgot to take a picture before I devoured it! Friends had the fried cheese appetizer with blackberry jam, chicken paprikash, beef goulash with dumplings and some other dumpling dish. We left with empty plates!

So nice to have the choice of the whole menu! I wanted to try some local specialities and the waitress recommended the chicken goulash with dumplings. Very tasty! And since I could, I followed it up with the curd pancakes- also a local dish. The website seems not to be working at the moment, but they are still open (February 2024). I will be back during the rest of my holiday!

Very friendly staff, surprising lack of vegetables and confusing menu. It may be not for everyone, but shows real local tradition. As everywhere in Budapest, here also is unexpectedly expensive.

Favorite in Budapest out of all the places we've been to! I was so happy to be able to try some traditional Hungarian food!

I had a beef dish with a lot of fried onion and fries. It was really good! My (non gluten free) friend had a breaded chicken dish, which was amazing. Super crunchy and delicious.

It's not cheap, also not super expensive, but the portions are huge! You definitely get your money's worth.

I'll be back! (Hopefully)

Great restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff! There is so much choice on the menu, both gluten and lactose free! While we just showed up and we’re able to get a table, the place is quite small so so make a booking in advance!

We lucked into seeing this place a short walk from our hotel. I am celiac and wanted to try Hungarian food without fear! We went without a reservation and were turned away. However, the host took compassion on us, letting us order a quick carry out. We had the most delicious Hungarian feast in our hotel room. I highly recommend it - but do reserve a table.

The staff are amazing! The food is fantastic and the portions are huge! The taste, quality and service are above and beyond all that! I was nervous to try a place in a country I have never traveled to and have no grasp of their language. But the staff were very easy, friendly and comfortable to communicate with! Prices are very good as well!

I was really looking forward to this restaurant as I heard a lot of great things but I think I came on an off day… The fried cheese with blueberry jam and rice starter was INCREDIBLE. However, the entrees came out luke warm at best and lacked a little flavour. I give the food a 4/5 as it didn’t taste GF, but because of the factors above it’s a 3.
