Stopped by the co-op to grab a little lunch. Found the sushi section— and took a chance with salmon rolls. No problems from that meal. I would have had one of the deli wraps on the GF breading, but I could see all varieties of sandwiches were made in the same space. We checked out the layout of the store and appreciated the sections of GF foods. We would definitely shop here as permanent residents in the area!

Lots of options. We order from their deli all the time. They can even do a wheat-free quesadilla or open-face wheat-free burrito. We buy sandwiches here frequently.

There are lots of grocery options as well.

Lots of gluten free grocery options. The most I've ever seen. They are all organized together for easy shopping for celiacs. Organization also has a great, sustainable mission.

I tried a sandwich from their deli, everyone was notified the food needed to be GF. I became sick afterwards. They tried but without a separate place to make the sandwich there was cross contamination. I gave them 3 stars because every time I have a gluten free chocolate cupcake or the vegan peanut butter bars from the bakery I never get sick.

I've had a few of their "gluten-free" baked items, and I got REALLY sick. I am so careful... so it pained me to hear that the Coop does not have a separate kitchen for gluten-free things. Don't call it gluten-free if it's really not!!!! If you have Celiac disease, or even gluten-intolerance, avoid the gluten-free items from their bakery at all costs!!!
