Updating my review after a few months experience getting takeout from the Kirkland location: I'm not sure exactly what the cause may be, but I've gotten sick from food that should be fully GF more than once over the last few months.
The food is still good, and I show no symptoms about 75% of the time, but it feels like safety procedures are not currently enough for me to continue eating here.
Hope to see improvements in safety procedures regarding cross contamination, and potentially a GF bun option for sandwiches. Will potentially check back in a few months...

Hello There, Thank you for letting us know about these experiences. I will be sure to let our kitchen managers know. My only thought about what by happening is dirty gloves, When you order you can add a note during check out for CELIAC and they can make sure the gloves are changed. Because our kitchens are not free of gluten we can not make that 100% promise but we do what we can to be safe for the GF community. As far as gluten buns we will not be bringing one one as we would be unable to offer a celiac safe experience. We use flour tortillas for our tacos as corn tortillas would not hold up. So in order to prevent any miscommunication we keep our fryers gluten free and the flattops for gluten items.
Thank you again for letting us know . Have a wonderful day
