the chicken is gluten free and super super crispy. only the garlic sauce and the cheese dry rub are gluten free. the garlic sauce is good but tastes like raw garlic and got a little overpowering after a whole bowl. i’m a garlic lover, it was just really raw tasting. tots with the cheese rub were awesome. slaw was mid.

Best gluten free fried chicken in Utah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The fries are battered, so there's cross contamination, but the tots are gluten free.
