Bokujo Ramen

This place was great! I ordered the beef ramen and it was fantastic. The owner came over and explained the gluten free options. He was very knowledgeable and confident. Explained that there is one ramen bowl they recommend gluten free and are willing to modify the others if possible. Would return!

There’s only one option which is very bland and does not come with accompaniments like the others do despite accompaniments being GF. Been twice and it’s very disappointing, especially for a Food Network Chef restaurant.

Amazing ramen option! It’s been years since I’ve had ramen, but I was incredibly appreciative to dine with my non-gf husband. Beef broth ramen is made without soy sauce, plus shirataki noodles are gf. I asked for no egg, but they did offer to give a gf boiled egg. Great service, knowledgeable waiter. The only gf app is edamame but it was served warm which tasted so much better than I’ve had before. Also, Justin Warner (the owner, Food Network star) was there on site, added bone! Just be sure to mention your sorry, but they will no doubt take care of you :)
