Everything on the menu is gluten free except the baguette for banh mi. They offer a gluten free baguette, but the staff volunteered that it goes in the same toaster as the regular baguette so it may not be appropriate for celiacs. He was knowledgeable about cross contamination and I felt safe eating anything on the menu except the banh mi - and I'm very sensitive.
I had the banh xeo, which is a stuffed turmeric rice flour crepe, and it was exceptional - served authentically with fresh herbs and nuoc cham. My date had the lettuce wraps and salad rolls, which were also very good. There are lots of good choices for different diets - vegan, keto, etc - so people with multiple restrictions should have no trouble eating here. (Vegans should be alert that the sauce with most dishes contains fish sauce, as in most SE Asian restaurants.) Portions were very generous. Also they had gluten free hoisin sauce on the table.
The restaurant was pretty empty on Saturday night - we sat there for 3 hours and felt welcome doing so. The outdoor space is very nice too if the weather's decent. Food was served very quickly.
