I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Bolay for dine-in and carry-out. They have lots of options, a variety of flavors, everything is GF, and my non-GF spouse and friends also like it! Their GF chocolate chip cookies are a great little dessert!

Did a delivery order, portions are plentiful and delicious. The guac was a little salty for my taste but when mixed in was perfect. The chia pudding be delicious, we were also glad to have cookies. Safe and yummy, so grateful!

You must try Bolay!! All gf restaurant. Try the sweet potato noodles - taste like Thai rice noodles. I haven’t had teriyaki sauce in a long time because most aren’t gf. Had the chicken teriyaki. Delicious! And 2 flavors of cookies - best I’ve ever had!

I went to Bolay for the first time today (2/15/21). My son was recently diagnosed with Celiac Disease and eating out felt impossible. Found this restaurant on the FMGF app and decided to give a try. The food was EXCELLENT. We ordered three bowl and tried a myriad of different proteins, bases, and veggies. There wasn’t anything that we did not like. I’m so happy to have a safe place to feed my family that also tastes amazing. We will be back! We can’t wait to see you on the West Side!

We are in from out of town for a funeral. We needed to feed 17 people that have health restrictions, gluten free, and dairy free. We ordered 2 orders of catering for 10.
