Review of BoLD Restaurant and Bar

Definitely NOT celiac knowledgable. I questioned our server three times if my daughters wings were really gluten free as it is a severe allergy, not just a dietary preference. I was assured they were. When my meal came out, also GF and I saw fries on the plate I was told they were fried in the same frier as other food items, I then questioned my daughters wings yet again and was told that the kitchen staff said the fryer is is 360 degrees and it would kill any gluten allergy. I lost it! The hostess then tells us the fries and wings are cooked in one frier and neither have gluten, another person told us there was only one fryer. Bottomline - I left there not have in any confidence in the establishment or the servers or chefs on duty that night. Don't trust this establishment if you are celiac!
